About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and client-focused electrical building services engineer to join our team at Cundall's Bristol office.

As a key member of our team, you will work closely with directors and partners to ensure the successful delivery of projects, collaborating with clients, architects, and other stakeholders on some of the most innovative new school building projects in the UK and worldwide.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver cutting-edge workplaces for corporate entities across the UK and EMEA regions, allowing employees to do their best work and drive change.
  • Manage Cundall's specialist engineers and work closely with colleagues from various disciplines to deliver technically excellent and profitable projects.
  • Develop and nurture outstanding client relationships, maximising satisfaction and ensuring repeat business.
  • Use your wealth of expertise and leadership skills to manage, motivate, and inspire your team.
Requirements

We are looking for an individual with a degree in Electrical or Building Services Engineering and a minimum of two years of experience in an electrical engineering role within a building services context.

You should have a proven track record of managing multiple projects to exceed client expectations, with sound knowledge of Revit and experience in creative, sustainable, and intuitive design.

Excellent communication and time management skills are essential, as is the ability to grow within the role both technically and managerially.

You will assist with fee proposals and business development in the schools and education sector, providing local expertise and attending national and international schools sector meetings to share best practice and opportunities.
