Job Description
The 79th Group is looking for a motivated and efficient Property Development Office Administrator to join our Property Development team in Warrington. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the office, assisting in project coordination, maintaining records, and facilitating communication within the team and with external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform general office duties, including managing phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
  • Organise and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Maintain accurate and organised records of all project documentation, including contracts, invoices, and correspondence.
  • Assist in the preparation and submission of planning applications and other regulatory documents.

Requirements:
We are seeking an experienced administrative professional with excellent communication skills and a proven track record in administrative roles. A qualification in office administration or related fields is desirable. The successful candidate will have experience in project coordination or management support and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Salary and Benefits:
This is a full-time position based in Warrington, offering a competitive salary of up to £12.00 per hour. You will also enjoy company pension, free parking, and on-site parking.
