Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior/Lead QA Engineer to join our client's technology team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for leading the quality assurance process, defining and implementing test and automation strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality software delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the quality assurance process and ensure that all software meets the required quality standards.
  • Define and implement test and automation strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with the commercial team and stakeholders to ensure that quality standards are met across all apps and websites.
  • Work with third-party vendors and partners to ensure that developed software meets the company's standards.
  • Manage QA tools and oversee the implementation of new tools and technologies.
  • Develop and maintain automation frameworks using Cypress, Xcuitest, and Appium.
  • Build and lead test teams, drive testing activities, and manage risk to ensure high-quality delivery.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest testing methodologies and technologies, including AWS.

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of integration testing (E2E) and testing methodologies.
  • Experience with automation frameworks and tools, including Cypress, Xcuitest, and Appium.
  • Ability to build and lead test teams and drive testing activities.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Experience working in an agile environment.
