About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as an Assistant Nursery Manager. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the nursery, including the management of staff, resources, and facilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of nursery staff to deliver high-quality childcare and education to our children.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the nursery meets the highest standards of quality and safety.
  • Work closely with the Centre Director to achieve the nursery's goals and objectives.
  • Ensure the nursery is a safe and welcoming environment for children, staff, and parents.
