About the Job

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual to fill the position of Year Head at our school. As a member of our senior leadership team, you will play a key role in shaping the educational experience of our students. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the pastoral care and academic progress of your year group, ensuring that every student reaches their full potential.

Your Key Responsibilities
  1. Implement effective PSHE programs to promote social, emotional, and physical well-being
  2. Collaborate with teachers and other stakeholders to develop and implement behaviour management strategies
  3. Maintain accurate records and reports to monitor student progress and identify areas for improvement

You will be an inspiring leader who can motivate and engage students, staff, and parents alike. With excellent communication and interpersonal skills, you will be able to build strong relationships and work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team.
