Caregiver Role Overview

We're seeking a dedicated and compassionate Senior Care Assistant to join our team at HC-One. As a caregiver, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the well-being and safety of our residents.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing high-quality care to residents, including assistance with daily living activities
  • Leading a team of care assistants to maintain the highest standards of care
  • Collaborating with registered nurses and care managers to develop and implement care plans
  • Ensuring accurate record-keeping and maintaining confidentiality
  • Participating in ongoing training and education to enhance your skills and knowledge

We're looking for someone with:

  • A genuine passion for caregiving and making a difference in people's lives
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with person-centered care planning and dementia care
