CareTech Group is a leading provider of specialist education for students with SEMH difficulties. We are currently seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our team in Preston.

This is a permanent position, 40 hours per week, term time. The successful candidate will assist students in their educational and social development, provide support inside and outside of the classroom, and help set up activities tailored to individual needs.

You will work closely with our experienced team of professionals who provide clear guidance and mentorship. This role offers a competitive salary of £21,750 per annum, plus opportunities for career progression and training.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience working with students with SEMH difficulties
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work effectively as part of a team
  • Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
