Job Title: Business Analyst

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our team at The IN Group. As a Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in assessing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and developing data-driven solutions to optimize our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with IT to evaluate current processes and systems, and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of implemented changes and advise on the adjustment of business processes if needed.
  • Lead and manage projects aimed at improving internal processes and systems, ensuring timely delivery, within scope, and within budget.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including plans, timelines, and status reports.
  • Facilitate workshops and kickoff meetings across multiple internal teams.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to market trends and performance metrics to help improve business processes.
  • Develop comprehensive reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights for decision-making across our technology division.
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities.
  • Use your prior knowledge to provide insights on potential new services based on data analysis.
