Field Service Technician Job Description


TSG Solutions is committed to expanding our nationwide teams with like-minded individuals. We are seeking a Field Service Technician to cover the South Coast area.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Diagnose and repair fueling and forecourt equipment, including dispensers, tank gauges, EPOS systems, and media solutions.
  • Install and commission new equipment.
  • Maintain and enhance customer relationships.
  • Produce timely and accurate service reports.
  • Ensure all calls are attended promptly and within set SLAs.
  • Ensure all company equipment is properly maintained and in good working order.
  • Ensure compliance with set HSSE guidelines.

Requirements:



  • Hold a Mechanical/Electrical Engineering HNC/HND (or equivalent) and/or relevant experience.
  • Be confident in the use of hand tools.
  • Have technical awareness, including experience in diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems.
  • Be able to voltage test AC/DC single and three-phase supplies.
  • Have strong customer service skills and the ability to interact confidently and professionally with end customers.
  • Be flexible and able to work alone or as part of a team.
  • Have good communication skills.
  • Understanding of PC hardware, networking, and IT troubleshooting is a plus.
