Key Responsibilities

  • Create and close new business opportunities
  • Network, cold call, and arrange visits with prospective clients to discuss their recruitment needs
  • Develop and expand a sales strategy to drive business growth
  • Collaborate with the existing team of consultants and senior management to maximize sales opportunities
  • Stay up-to-date with the current recruitment market, particularly in specific sectors
  • Select and resource the right candidates for clients
  • Manage the entire recruitment process from start to finish

Requirements

  • At least 12 months of experience in IT recruitment, specifically in the contract market
  • Strong target-driven and ambitious mindset
  • Demonstrable track record of success in recruitment
  • Committed, motivated, and enthusiastic individual
  • Natural networker with excellent communication skills
