Your primary responsibility will be to design and develop sustainable and responsible colour and materials content for our brands. You will create and realise innovative proof of concepts and material solutions for both interior and exterior applications from concept through to production and beyond.

Key Responsibilities:

* Design, develop and implement colour and material design proposals for concepts and design vision properties
* Research trends, consumer insights and competitor benchmarking to be aware of the current market and insights
* Research and develops new colours and materials, create mood boards and create and realise material concepts
* Design, develop and implement colour and material design proposals for concepts and design vision properties
* Support Interior and Exterior teams with asset creation
* Co-ordinate and collaborate with external suppliers
* Translates material concepts from 2D to 3D product / developing materials to adhere to approved test specifications

Requirements:

* Degree level qualification in Design or Arts
* Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
* Excellent communication skills
* Proven ability to plan and undertake projects to a deadline
* Passion for Colour and Material Technology and Design
