About the Role

We are seeking a Utility Infrastructure Coordinator to manage project development and ensure seamless service integration and client requirements.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Coordinate client queries and utility-related aspects.
  2. Support pre-construction schedules and track key milestones.
  3. Collaborate with estimators and designers for budget accuracy.
  4. Maintain updated records of utility agreements and perform weekly audits.
  5. Engage with clients, networks, and internal teams during pre-construction.
  6. Address issues impacting project timelines with a 24-hour response window.
  7. Help acquire necessary design approvals.
  8. Ensure construction feasibility with the design and engineering teams.
  9. Provide weekly updates to the Head of Pre-Construction.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in construction coordination within utilities or infrastructure.
  • Proficiency with project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of utility processes, including electricity, water, and gas network adoption.
