Job Title: Senior Nursing ProfessionalOverview

The Resourcing Group is seeking a highly skilled Senior Nursing Professional to join our team. As a Registered Nurse with expertise in neurological care, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and support.

Estimated Salary: £35.25 per hour, equivalent to approximately £52,000 per year (based on 35 hours/week). Benefits include NHS Pension Transferable, Company pension scheme, enhanced pay, and more.

Job Responsibilities

As a Senior Nursing Professional, you will lead the care team in providing exceptional nursing care to our residents. Your responsibilities will include assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of personalized care plans.

  • Assess the needs of residents and develop individualized care plans
  • Implement and evaluate care plans, ensuring the highest standards of care are maintained
  • Lead the care team, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork
