Job Role Overview:

We seek a skilled Maintenance Technician to provide top-notch maintenance services at our clients' corporate offices in Milton Keynes.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Ensure premises meet the highest standards, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for staff and customers.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including repairs, installations, and replacements.
  • Conduct thorough inspections of facilities to identify potential issues and implement preventative measures.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve efficient and effective service delivery.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience in maintenance or a related field.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of maintenance practices and procedures.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Salary Details:

□ □ £35,000 - £45,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
