At Commify, we are seeking a highly skilled Information Security Management System (ISMS) Manager to join our Compliance team. This key role is responsible for the development, implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the ISMS across Commify and its subsidiaries.

The successful candidate will ensure the organisation complies with applicable laws, regulations, and standards relating to information security. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing the ISMS framework, policies, and procedures across Commify.
  • Ensuring Commify remains compliant to ISO27001 and other relevant certificates and standards, including PCI, GDPR, and Cyber Essentials.
  • Coordinating and facilitating internal and external security audits across our global footprint.
  • Driving standardisation of global security practices and documenting relevant exceptions.
  • Conducting regular security risk assessments and developing strategies to mitigate identified risks.
  • Collaborating with IT and other departments to ensure appropriate security controls are implemented and maintained.
  • Working with internal stakeholders to drive information security training and awareness.
  • Staying up to date with the latest information security standards, technologies, and best practices.
  • Collaborating with key stakeholders to resolve security incidents.
  • Monitoring and reporting on the effectiveness of the ISMS and information security controls.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Extensive experience in information security, preferably in the telecommunications industry.
  • Experience operating a group ISMS across multiple entities and territories, including performing internal compliance assessments and hosting external auditors.
  • Familiarity with security frameworks such as ISO27001, NIST, and GDPR, including implementation and monitoring strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to summarise and present complex concepts to senior leadership.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
  • Flexibility to collaborate with colleagues across multiple locations and time zones where required.

We offer a competitive salary range between £50-55,000, company bonus scheme based on performance, private healthcare and dental, 27 days annual leave plus bank holidays, birthday off work, 5% employer pension contribution, death in service (4x salary), £350 Christmas voucher, monthly/quarterly socials, training and development opportunities, and hybrid working.
