**Job Description:** We are seeking an experienced Treasury Finance- VP to join our team in Specialised Products Department / OG1. The successful candidate will have strong finance and treasury acumen, with the ability to independently research multiple options for finance and treasury problems and provide multiple solutions with associated benefits and considerations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Owning and managing the finance and treasury of the Kuon fund and successor/related investment vehicles.
  • Oversight and support for SPD Middle Office in managing operational matters with the fund administrator.
  • In collaboration with KDL Private Credit team, ensure that fund accounting is performed in a timely manner and fund treasury is optimised to maximise the return available to fund investors.
  • The role is expected to be autonomous and be able to provide options to the KDL Private Credit team and discuss the associated benefits and considerations.

Requirements:

  • Strong finance and treasury acumen.
  • Ability to independently research multiple options for finance and treasury problems and provide multiple solutions with associated benefits and considerations.
  • Strong communication skills to enable clear and concise presentation of complex finance and treasury topics.
  • Ability to manage external stakeholders and operate as relationship manager for service providers with a focus on efficiency of relationship and driving value for Kuon funds by constantly evaluating monitoring fee spend vs. quality of service and/or maintaining competitive tension between service providers.
  • Awareness and understanding of asset management in Private Assets is a strong positive.
  • Familiarity with calculation of private assets return metrics including IRR, TVPI, DPI etc.
  • Should have a relevant professional qualification (ACCA/ACA/ACT or similar) and at least 5 years of relevant experience.
