We are seeking a skilled Safety Training Specialist to join our team at Imperial Workforce.

About the Role

This position involves leading the development and delivery of high-quality vocational education and training programs, focusing on construction safety. The ideal candidate will have expertise in instructing Site Safety Plus courses and a strong understanding of industry standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement engaging practical and theory lessons aligned with industry standards and best practices.
  • Conduct Learning Walks to monitor teaching quality and provide feedback to instructors.
  • Support new instructors and assessors during induction and probation, addressing specific needs.
  • Deliver CPD sessions on teaching, learning, and assessment.
  • Promote health and safety compliance among learners and ensure adherence to safeguarding policies.
Requirements

The successful candidate must hold a relevant qualification, such as the NEBOSH National Certificate in Construction Safety and Health or a similar certification. Additionally, they should possess a formal training qualification, equivalent to a Level 3 Award in Education and Training (AET) or a CITB-recognised exemption.

Salary and Benefits
