PBPK Modeler

Certara is seeking a highly motivated and talented PBPK modelling scientist or expert to join our global consultancy team.

As a PBPK Consultant, you will contribute to consultancy projects with clients in the Pharmaceutical Industry, developing PBPK models for specific projects and applying models in support of various applications, including DDI liability prediction, food effect prediction, PK prediction in special populations, biopharmaceutics/bioequivalence prediction, and large molecule PK prediction.

• Develop PBPK models for consultancy projects with clients in the Pharmaceutical Industry.
• Apply PBPK models in support of various applications, including DDI liability prediction, food effect prediction, PK prediction in special populations, biopharmaceutics/bioequivalence prediction, and large molecule PK prediction.
• Contribute to consultancy projects with supervision and stay up-to-date with the latest scientific developments in the area of PBPK and IVIVE.

• A PhD degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience in the field of IVIVE/drug metabolism/pharmacokinetics.
• Knowledge of the application of PBPK modelling in the drug discovery and development process.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with peers and clients within industry, academia, and regulatory agencies.
