We are IC Resources, a dynamic and growing company based in Northampton, UK. We are seeking a skilled Technical Sales Engineer to join our team and help drive our continued success.

Key Responsibilities

This is an exciting opportunity to lead business growth by securing new opportunities and nurturing client relationships. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and maintaining a robust sales pipeline with existing and new clients.
  • Presenting and selling technical equipment, providing comprehensive support through the sales cycle.
  • Preparing and managing tenders, contracts, and post-sales activities.
  • Meeting and exceeding ambitious sales targets individually or as a team member.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven success in field-based sales within the Semiconductor or High-Tech Equipment sectors.
  • A degree in Physics, Chemistry, Engineering, or Life Sciences preferred.
  • Strong engineering/scientific background with value-based sales expertise.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging from engineers to senior managers.
  • A valid UK driving license and passport.
