About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team at Vistry Group PLC. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of residential development projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage key information, engineering, and working drawing packages to enable residential development projects to be built as intended and to obtain all necessary technical approvals.
  • Lead a team of professionals to deliver projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Develop and implement project plans, ensuring they are aligned with the company's overall strategy and objectives.
  • Manage relationships with clients, stakeholders, and suppliers to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring projects are delivered safely and efficiently.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in project management, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and suppliers.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Knowledge of construction industry regulations and standards.
Desirable Qualifications
  • Valid SMSTS Certificate.
  • Experience working on new build multi-story projects or housing projects.
  • RC Frame construction experience.
  • NVQ Level 3-4 BTEC diploma in Building Construction or similar.
  • Valid Scaffold Inspection certificate.
  • Valid LOLER certificate.
