Job Summary
DH TEAM LTD, a dynamic and growing company, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Payroll Manager to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing our end-to-end payrolls, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all payroll processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Run our end-to-end payrolls, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Respond to payroll queries from colleagues, providing clear and concise information.
- Run payroll reports and ad-hoc reports as necessary, analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Update the HR system with pay changes, ensuring seamless integration with our payroll processes.
- Pension administration for our Nest Pension Schemes, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Reconcile our accounts with our payroll figures, identifying and resolving any discrepancies.
- Work closely with the HR team to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Match, check, and code invoices, ensuring accurate and timely payment.
- Set up new supplier accounts and maintain existing account details, ensuring efficient and accurate payment processing.
- Reconcile supplier statements, identifying and resolving any discrepancies.
- Resolve older queries on supplier accounts, ensuring timely and accurate resolution.
- Provide support as needed for the wider team, ensuring seamless integration and collaboration.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a payroll manager or similar role, with a strong understanding of payroll procedures and related laws.
- Current knowledge of payroll software and a keen eye for detail, with excellent analytical and math skills.
- Outstanding communication skills (written and oral), with the ability to provide clear and concise information to colleagues and stakeholders.
- Business administration and accounting skills, with a strong understanding of financial processes and procedures.
