BIM Manager Job Description

Belcan Workforce Solutions is seeking a skilled BIM Manager to spearhead the creation of BIM execution plans, focusing on ISO 19650 standards. The ideal candidate will have advanced knowledge of Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and related software, as well as leadership experience in the BIM industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement BIM execution plans, adhering to ISO 19650 standards
  • Lead clash detection, model reviews, and asset data checking
  • Collaborate with diverse teams and sub-contractors to ensure seamless collaboration and data integrity
  • Manage reviews, chair BIM meetings, and oversee the common data environment


Requirements:
  • ISO 19650 expertise
  • Advanced knowledge of Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and related software
  • Leadership experience in the BIM industry
  • Degree or HNC/D in a BIM-related or engineering subject, or equivalent
