Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and serve a range of drinks to our customers quickly and efficiently.
- Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene to ensure we meet the required standards.
- Regularly review stock levels and adhere to all of our policies and procedures.
- Work closely with the Cafe Manager to identify and support team members looking to develop their skills as Baristas.
- Stay up-to-date with all communications from Tesco, as well as any new offers, initiatives, and menu changes.
- Resolve any customer complaints where possible.
- Experience of working as a Barista or in a hospitality environment.
- A commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
- Confidence to coach and train others in an inclusive manner.
- Good planning and organization skills.
- Confidence using your initiative to identify opportunities to improve our ways of working or adapt to different situations.
- Excellent communication skills to support colleagues and the Cafe Manager.
