Job Summary:

RBLI's Lifeworks programme offers employability and resettlement support to ex-service personnel across the UK. The programme provides a tailored, person-centred approach that supports veterans to move into sustainable employment, education, or training.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver the 4-day Lifeworks course, either online or in person, to support veterans in their transition to civilian life.
• Travel throughout the UK and occasionally abroad to deliver the programme.
• Stay away from home for 4 nights during programme delivery.
• Collaborate with RBLI's team to provide employability and resettlement support to ex-service personnel.

Requirements:

• A full driving licence is required for this role.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
