About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Delivery Team Member. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products are available to customers in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process stock quickly and accurately, including scanning, unpacking, hanging, size cubing, and putting stock away
  • Ensure all stock is presented in a visually appealing manner and placed on sales floors or in stockrooms correctly
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including operational areas
  • Provide fast and friendly service to customers from back or front areas of the store, working on the sales floor as needed
  • Work collaboratively with the store team, reporting to a Coordinator or Manager

About You:

We are looking for a candidate who is a great communicator, friendly, calm, and efficient, even in a fast-paced environment. You should be accurate, thorough, and well-organized, with excellent attention to detail. You should take pride in your work and approach tasks with energy, pace, and enthusiasm. You should be happy to work independently and keep yourself busy, and be flexible, supportive, and willing to go the extra mile for your team and customers.

Requirements:

In accordance with Home Office guidance, successful candidates will be required to evidence their right to work in the UK before commencement of employment.
