Deliver Exceptional Care

We are seeking an experienced Education Lead to join our Ashdown Group team in the Manchester area.

This role involves leading a team of educators in delivering a high-quality, play-based curriculum that fosters children's development in a nurturing and stimulating environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Curriculum Development: Develop and implement a high-quality curriculum in adherence to the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
  2. Team Support: Provide support to colleagues in developing their skills and knowledge.
  3. Parent Engagement: Build strong relationships with parents and carers to ensure active involvement in their child's learning.
  4. Nursery Operations: Oversee the nursery's financial performance, including budgeting, invoicing, and resource allocation.
Requirements:
  1. A minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education.
  2. Proven experience in leading a team within a nursery setting.
  3. Strong knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
  4. Excellent communication, organisational, and leadership skills.
  5. A deep understanding of safeguarding, health and safety, and childcare regulations.
  6. Financial management experience, including budget control and reporting.
