Casual HGV Driver Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Casual HGV Driver to join our team at Witherley Services, a leading supplier of quality materials and services to the construction industry. As a Casual HGV Driver, you will play a crucial role in delivering primary and recycled aggregate and asphalt to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate HGV vehicles in a safe and efficient manner, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Deliver primary and recycled aggregate and asphalt to customers, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Perform daily vehicle checks and maintain a clean and tidy vehicle at all times.
  • Load vehicles in accordance with planners' instructions and complete deliveries to addresses according to delivery notes.
  • Hold a current Class 2 or Class 1 driving license and be up-to-date with CPC qualifications.

Requirements:
  • Must hold a current Class 2 or Class 1 driving license.
  • Up-to-date CPC qualifications.
