At Nordson Test & Inspection, we are seeking a highly motivated and talented Sales Support professional to join our team in Aylesbury, United Kingdom. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth processing and delivery of customer orders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and manage new systems and spare parts customer orders, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
  • Communicate effectively with direct customers, distributors, and regional sales offices to resolve any queries or issues.
  • Liaise with manufacturing to ensure goods are available for on-time delivery to customers.
  • Proactively communicate with all parties to keep them informed of any changes affecting delivery schedules or plans.
  • Manage spare parts, including chargeable and warranty items, to ensure seamless customer service.

Requirements:

  • Good standard of general education.
  • Previous sales administration experience, preferably in a customer-facing role.
  • Experience with logistics, shipping, customs clearance, import, and export.
  • Ability to organise and prioritise workloads in a dynamic and hectic environment.
  • Ability to act on own initiative, dealing with unexpected problems that arise.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
