Senior Sales Negotiator Opportunity
Pear Recruitment is seeking an experienced sales negotiator to join their dynamic team in Stanstead Abbotts. As a Senior Sales Negotiator, you will be responsible for registering new buyer enquiries, converting them to viewings, and conducting property viewings to encourage offers and enter negotiations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Registering new buyer enquiries and converting them to viewings
- Contacting buyers and arranging property viewings
- Conducting property viewings and encouraging offers & entering negotiations
- Providing viewing feedback to vendor clients
- Selling of our services to new and existing clients
Requirements:
- Experience within residential sales or new homes market, preferably within London or the Home Counties
- A sense of urgency for goal achievement
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Confident and enthusiastic communication style
- Self-starting with the desire to succeed
- Ability to build and maintain relationships quickly
- Negotiation skills
- Good IT literacy skills
What We Offer:
A competitive base salary of £22,000 to £25,000, complemented by a generous 10% commission structure. Additionally, there are enticing financial incentives, including a petrol Allowance, £100 per legal referral, and 25% of all referred mortgage business.
