Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide 1-1 support to a student, helping them engage with their learning.
  • Assist with creating and implementing personalized learning strategies and individual education plans (IEPs).
  • Support the class teacher in the delivery of lessons, ensuring the student can participate fully.
  • Help manage classroom behaviour and create a positive, inclusive environment.
  • Build strong relationships with students, teachers, and parents, offering emotional and academic support.
  • Get involved in extracurricular activities and school events, making the most of your experience.
  • Develop your skills through continuous training and development opportunities.
