Facilities Operations Coordinator Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled and resourceful Facilities Operations Coordinator to join our team at TJX Europe. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining our in-house store facilities management system, Service Channel, and supporting its development and implementation.

Main Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support for Service Channel, including data entry, reporting, and query resolution.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and improve Service Channel's functionality and user experience.
- Identify and resolve technical issues related to Service Channel, escalating complex problems to senior IT personnel when necessary.
- Manage relationships with vendors and suppliers, ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.
- Assist in financial planning and budgeting for facilities management operations, including forecasting and cost control.
- Coordinate logistics for facilities-related activities, including travel arrangements and meeting planning.

Key Qualifications:
- Proven experience in facilities management or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and process improvement.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages, particularly Excel, and familiarity with database management software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to workload and deadlines.
