This role involves working as a Front of House Team Member at our Chatham / Gillingham (Victory Pier) hotel.

You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, ensuring guest satisfaction and loyalty.

• Handle guest enquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Manage cash handling and operate the till system accurately.
• Maintain a clean and tidy work environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
