Job Title: Apprentice Technical Trainer

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Technical Trainer to join our team in Haddenham. The successful candidate will have a comprehensive knowledge of modern vehicle technology, preferably trucks, and hands-on experience of repair and maintenance techniques for modern vehicles or a relevant qualification.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and deliver the technical training programme
2. Support the product range and dealer network
3. Plan and organise to meet deadlines
4. Motivate course delegates and promote the importance of customer/dealer personnel
5. Assess course effectiveness and delegate performance
6. Contribute to the continuing improvement of training programmes

Requirements:

• Comprehensive knowledge of modern vehicle technology
• Hands-on experience of repair and maintenance techniques
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience in the design and delivery of technical training
• Ability to plan and organise
• Willingness to learn
• Flexible approach and excellent team working skills
• Current driving license for occasional travel within the UK and Europe
• Passport for occasional travel to Europe
