Homelessness Intervention Worker Opportunity

Vetro Recruitment is seeking an experienced Homelessness Intervention Worker to join our team in Ebbw Vale. This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires a strong understanding of housing issues and a passion for supporting vulnerable individuals.

About the Role:

As a Homelessness Intervention Worker, you will work with clients who are at risk of homelessness or are already experiencing housing instability. You will use your expertise to assess client needs and develop personalized support plans to help them achieve stable and secure housing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough assessments of client needs and develop effective support plans.
  • Work closely with clients to provide advice and guidance on managing their finances and accessing relevant benefits.
  • Liaise with local agencies and services to ensure clients receive comprehensive support.
Salary and Benefits:

£12.82 - £14.00 per hour inclusive of holiday pay. Excellent rates of pay, weekly pay, and no payroll charges. Free online training and subsidised practical training opportunities. Flexible working hours and the chance to make a real difference in the lives of vulnerable individuals.
