We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our Total FM team based in Exeter. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality maintenance services to our clients in the education, leisure, corporate, health, and living sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a maintenance team to ensure the upkeep and repair of campus buildings, electrical, and mechanical systems.
  • Supervise contractors to ensure safe systems of work and adherence to industry standards.
  • Complete preventative planned maintenance checks, including fire door checks, emergency light testing, and communal lighting checks.
  • Undertake building audits to identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
  • IOSH or NEBOSH qualification.
  • Qualified to C&G 2391 and 18th Edition.
  • Gas Safe qualification.
  • Experience of managing a multi-function engineering team.
  • Extensive experience and knowledge of building services and facilities engineering.
  • Full Driving Licence.
