Job Summary

Talent84 LTD is recruiting a Orbital Welder Technician to join our team in the semiconductor industry.

Job Details:

This is a technical role that requires expertise in orbital welding and working with high purity materials. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing small bore high purity pipework in semiconductor live cleanroom, as well as performing other tasks such as subfab hook ups of tools and fabrication on bulk gas systems & toxic gas systems coax piping.

Duties:

  • Install small bore high purity pipework in semiconductor live cleanroom
  • Hook up tools in subfab areas
  • Fabricate bulk gas systems & toxic gas systems coax piping
  • Prepare site for orbital welding
  • Perform welding using Swagelok m100 or m200 orbital welding plant
  • Work with plastics & mapress s/s tubing (optional)

Requirements:

An experienced technician with knowledge of semiconductor works s/s uhp tool hook-up and orbital welding is required. A CSCS card is mandatory.

Salary: £55,000 - £70,000 per annum
