About the Position: Teach Now is currently seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team. This full-time role involves working with a small group of 12 children with Autism, helping them thrive in an inclusive and supportive learning environment. As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will be responsible for providing support and guidance to children, working collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs).

Responsibilities and Requirements:
  • Work with a small group of 12 children with Autism, providing support and guidance to help them thrive in an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
  • Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
  • Provide one-on-one support to children as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of children's progress and development.

Salary and Benefits:
The salary for this role is around £25,000 - £30,000 per annum based on location. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer opportunities for professional development and growth.
