About the Role: We are seeking a dedicated and patient Learning Support Assistant to join our team at an Outstanding School for pupils with severe learning difficulties.
Responsibilities:
* Provide learning support to individuals and groups of pupils
* Assist teaching staff in delivering lessons and activities
* Support pupils with communication, interaction, and cognitive skills
* Collaborate with the teaching team to develop and implement individualized learning plans
Requirements:
* A patient and understanding approach
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Reliable attendance and punctuality
* Clear DBS check
What We Offer:
* Competitive daily rate of £80-£100
* Long-term contracts for 1 year
