Management Accountant Job Description
**Job Title:** Management Accountant
**Location:** Cambridge
**Hybrid Working:** 3 days on-site
We are seeking a highly skilled Management Accountant to join our team at The ONE Group Ltd. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a crucial role in providing financial information to the UK Operations of the business.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Lead the month-end preparation and full close
* Post journals and provide variance analysis
* Support with the annual budget and forecasting for the site
* Support with weekly flash reporting
* Prepare labour costs, reconcile balance sheet accounts, and post month-end files
* Support with costings, while working closely with the Senior Accountant
* Business partner with the wider business to support with financial decisions
**Qualifications and Skills:**
* Part-qualified (ACCA/CIMA or qualified by experience
* Experience working within a manufacturing environment will be desirable
* Self-motivated, and confident with business partnering
* Willingness to learn and continue developing
* Advanced Excel and knowledge of financial systems
