Demand Planner Role

We are seeking a skilled Demand Planner to join our team at Adecco. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer demand, ensuring timely production, and overseeing logistics for specified customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with team leaders on the shop floor to review orders and performance to meet booking targets.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with production teams to ensure necessary materials are available for upcoming orders.
• Arrange transport and shipments, including customs documentation when needed.
• Review customer demand forecasts, align production schedules, and report on performance and variances.
• Provide regular updates on stock levels, customer service metrics, and weekly performance.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills with colleagues across departments.
• Brilliant planning and coordination skills within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Proficient user of Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Strong analytical skills.
