Job Title: SEN TA
Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team at Academics Ltd. The successful candidate will work closely with our experienced teachers to support children with SEMH and Autism/Attention Autism/ASD, promoting their emotional and academic development.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide individualized support to students with SEMH and Autism/Attention Autism/ASD
- Assist with lesson planning and implementation
- Monitor and record student progress
- Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to develop strategies for student support
Requirements
- Experience working with children with SEMH and Autism/Attention Autism/ASD
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic knowledge of special educational needs and autism
