Financial Analyst Trainee
We are seeking a talented Financial Analyst Trainee to join our dynamic finance team. As a Financial Analyst Trainee, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of monthly accounts and collaborating with various teams to drive financial success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare monthly management accounts, balance sheet reconciliations, and variance analysis
- Support financial integration of newly acquired businesses
- Assist with preparing annual statutory accounts and managing external audits
- Work closely with stakeholders to improve financial reporting processes and controls
- Ensure compliance with internal financial controls and maintain accurate documentation
- Lead or support ad hoc financial projects, including system upgrades and testing
Requirements:
- Part-Qualified Accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA)
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach
- Experience in preparing financial statements is a plus
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Strong Excel skills and finance systems experience
