Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Enforcement Agent to join our team in Nottingham. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for visiting properties, speaking with customers, and helping them find the best solution to avoid further action.
Key Responsibilities- Visit properties and speak with customers to understand their situation and provide guidance on debt repayment options
- Use strong interpersonal skills to influence customers and find mutually beneficial solutions
- Work independently and as part of a team to achieve targets and goals
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to ensure excellent service delivery
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet

- Basic salary of £23,800 - £26,000 per annum
