Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement customized learning plans to meet the unique needs of each student
- Provide one-to-one support to students, helping them to build on their strengths and develop strategies for organization, time management, and research skills
- Collaborate with students to create action plans and set goals for academic success
- Support students in developing their comprehension skills, including reading and writing
- Ensure that all students receive a high-quality level of support, taking into account their individual needs and circumstances
- Membership with a relevant professional body, such as the British Dyslexia Association (BDA) or the Association of Dyslexia (ADSHE)
- Experience working with clients with specific learning difficulties
