As a successful and expanding Building and Electrical services provider, we continue to grow and are now looking for a Building Surveyor to help achieve our vision and support the development growth of the team.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Provide professional surveying services under the guidance of the Building and Planning Manager.
  • Manage a variety of tasks, from inspecting buildings and managing documentation to interpreting plans, liaising with stakeholders, and recommending improvements to meet building regulations.

Requirements:

  • A Building Surveying Degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Extensive maintenance surveying experience.
  • Knowledge of CDM 2015 principles and their practical application.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to identify problems, analyze options, and find solutions.
  • In-depth knowledge of Health and Safety regulations in the construction industry.
  • Good IT skills, particularly with Microsoft Office applications.
  • A valid UK driving license and a willingness to travel for projects throughout Kent and beyond.
