Fines and Penalties Administrator Role Summary

Fines and Penalties Administrator role is an exciting opportunity to start a career in corporate processes. As a key member of the Thrifty team, you will be tasked with processing vehicle-related fines and recharging them to retail customers and corporate clients.

This role requires a calm and professional approach to resolving telephone queries, accurate payment of fines, and invoicing fines to company drivers.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Receiving and resolving telephone queries
  • Paying fines on time and accurately
  • Invoicing fines to company drivers
  • Taking payments over the phone
  • Uploading fines to clients' bespoke systems
  • Scanning and logging fines
