Regional Senior Care Assistant

**About the Role**
As a Regional Senior Care Assistant with Barchester Healthcare, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, empathetic care and support to residents across a 20-mile radius. Your primary responsibility will be to monitor the delivery of care when on duty, contribute to the person-centred care planning process for each resident, and record vital signs such as temperature and blood pressure. This role requires a strong understanding of elderly care and the ability to provide support and companionship to residents.
**Your Skills and Experience**
To be successful in this role, you will need a background in care, a good understanding of the wider healthcare industry, and a Level 2 NVQ in Health & Social Care. Ideally, you will also have a C or above in GCSE English and Maths. As a compassionate and dedicated individual, you will go above and beyond to support the wellbeing of residents. You will also need to have access to a car or be willing to use public transport, as you will be required to travel across the area.
