Site Services Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Site Services Engineer to join our team at Noble Foods Ltd in Leicester. As a key member of our site services team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out routine maintenance and repairs to site services and facilities, including steam boilers, air compressors, and water treatment systems.
  • Attend to breakdowns and ensure minimal downtime of site plant and machinery.
  • Conduct daily checks on all site services and facilities to ensure compliance and optimum availability.
  • Deliver on plant uptime and maintenance KPIs through planned, preventative, and predictive maintenance.
  • Manage contractors on-site and ensure all work is carried out to a high standard.
Requirements:
  • Multi-skilled with formal engineering qualification to NVQ Level 3 or higher, in an electrical and/or mechanical subject.
  • Experience in engineering, preferably in manufacturing.
  • Steam utilization and boiler house training certification.
  • Health and Safety/Basic Food Hygiene trained.
  • Computer literate and a working knowledge of MS Office and a PPM system.
