About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Garden Maintenance Machinery Engineer to join our team at Masons Kings. As a key member of our depot, you will be responsible for performing diagnostics, service, and repairs on garden machinery equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on garden machinery equipment
  • Conduct pre-delivery setup on new or used equipment
  • Complete job-related administration and reports
  • Maintain a tidy and organized workstation
  • Perform vehicle diagnostics and repairs
  • Follow company health and safety protocols
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development
  • Mentor and support apprentices in their training
Requirements
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid vehicle driving license
  • Familiarity with John Deere, Stihl, and competitive products
