We're seeking an experienced Team Leader to join our team at Hill Top Tap. As a key member of our management team, you'll be responsible for supporting, coaching, and mentoring your team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and develop your team to achieve high standards of service and quality.
- Work closely with the management team to create and deliver business strategies and objectives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in the absence of management.
